At Risen Worth, we are committed to delivering quality and confidence in every piece. If for any reason your order is not as expected, we are here to help.
 
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.
 
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@risenworth.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
